How to tell if the pm3 is bricked

Hello all,

I think I screwed up trying to update the bootloader on my pm3. All the LEDs, (2x red, 1x orange, 1x green) are lit. Is this an indicator that I bricked it?

Is it still recognized as USB-Device ? Can the client connect ? If 1 or 2 fails use a JTAG programmer to reflash.
