Hello,
I'm trying to add SD Card logging support to the board. I was thinking of just sending some pre-defined commands via UART to proxmark (hf mfu sniff and then hf list 14a) from an arduino (3v3 of course). How can I access a UART port?

Sorry,you can't. proxmark doesn't support UART interface yet. only can use USB .
