Having a hard time reading a digital nfc smart ring? Can the proxmark3 not read and write to an nfc ring?

there was another thread on nfc-enabled rings. The conclusion was that the antenna coil is hard to energize so you need a good antenna for it. And something about a password-enabled aswell. Interesting thread for you, search and you find it.

Ok ordered another ring that was 125khz
When the p3 reads it it’s shows up as a Honeywell. 410emx Id. Tried t5577 commands and hid commands to Clone the smart ring but it still shows Up the same and no edits? Thoughts?

Did some digging myself since I'm in the same situation. Found out the following dead-ends so far. Re was iceman said. Here's that thread http://www.proxmark.org/forum/viewtopic.php?id=5557. While that seems like viable issue, I did some readings and found that I was getting 27v while reading the ring, and I could write to RFID cards at 35+ volts. I don't pretend to know anything about electromagnetics past basic physics, but I feel like this rules that out unless there's something I don't get.
There's also a pretty big thread over at Dangerous Things, I'd consider that the bible for unlocking chips that iceman notes are password-enabled. However, I noticed that nothing I did was picked up by my ring. Again, could be an antenna issue if I don't understand it correctly, but otherwise could be the chip itself maybe?
I've been fiddling around with these rings for a good part of the day with no success, so if there's any lifeline out there or someone who's used these in the past it'd be a big help.
For reference here are the rings I purchased, no clue if they're the same as Navster's but it can at least create some baseline.

I ordered a Jakcom R4 from AliExpress worked great has a t5577 chip and it has 125hz and a 13.5Mhz chip along with 2 nfc chips. I programmed it as a hid clone.
Or
Look at this on eBay
RFID Smart Ring 125khz T5577 | Works on all 125khz card readers.
The prox3 picked up and programmed the rings straight away and did not need to modify the antenna

Is this what you ordered?

What type of proxmark are you using? I'm using the pm3 easy and I was concerned it may not be good enough.

Yes that’s the one. Keep in mind it’s a fairly big ring. Yes I’m using the pm3 easy as well. The ring I brought from eBay is more like a regular ring which I use daily. Just make sure if your buying other rings that they have the t5577 chips and not the em410. Good luck.
