hf 15 info * does not find tag on a second read

Hi All,

I am experiencing a strange problem. Any guidance would be deeply appreciated. I’m using rdv4.01 from hackers warehouse and using rrg/iceman for windows compiled July 9, 2020. The firmware has been updated and driver installed. The precompiled binaries would give the same result.

In running the command “hf 15 info *” the tag would be found and identified if it is the first time. However, running the exact same command a second time, the result is "tag not found".  Resetting the hw “hw reset” and connect to pm again using “hw connect p com5” would allow the tag to be found again but not a second time.

The session is copied and pasted below.  Any insights would be appreciated. Thank you!

One more note.  PM3 official version works correctly.

Hi Cloversf, I noticed the same problem as you recently, sometimes he finds me the tag with the cmd hf search, sometimes he does not find it, I tried with several different cards same problem, hf 15 info * , reply as you tag not found. I'm on Ubuntu, I did the last update on Friday, my proxmark3 & 4.0 version, I checked antenna lf ok, hf ok I don't know why. Other people would have to try to see.

Try some distance between tag and antenna.

I am middle in the process of merging the fpga changes from offical repo,  which gives much better stability for ISO15693 & iCLASS tech.

I have also tried 0-3" without success.  Thanks for your help.

Try some distance between tag and antenna.
