A bug on Android equipment.
There is a bug on android equipment about Ultralight card, it relates with the version of 848 and 0.0.7 and 2.0
Type "hf mfu urdcard" or "hf mfu udump" , I got nothing, however, type "hf mfu urbl 0..15", it is gonna be normally display.
Fyi, the three versions work very well on windows7.

Don't know about android, but all the versions you are mentioning is very old as for windows versions.
If you use the latest source from github and compile/flash, your windows version would work much better.
