It looks like a remote control device, doesn't strike me as a rfid product.

I think this is the remote for card access system. Usually using 433MHZ or 355MHZ (?) to transmit the accessing code.

The pm3 is not capable of frequencies that high. You'll need to look elsewhere.

how did you got to proxmark in first place... rolling keys remote is tricky to duplicate, but possible .. search for "JJ-268C"

already try this
can do only very limited ammount of rolling code
only barely good for car remote
