Dumping, simulating
I have some topaz 512 nfc tags. Is it simple to use a proxmark to dump these onto a computer. Then use these files inside the proxmark in order to make it simulate/emulate the tag information? So i never need to use the tags again

I don't think simulation is implemented for Topaz. Since its not a common system tech, so the functionality hasn't been built in the proxmark3. Many years ago Piwi added support for reading Topaz, when Asper had tags/reader to play with. I would suggest you start learn to code and add the needed features to the code base. *You can do it!*
