Dear community,
I'm still trying to clone a mifare classic 4k 4 byte uid card. I bought a chinese magic mifare 4k 4 byte uid gen 2 card (see it here).
Now I was able to clone the card completely, i.e. nearly every sector (including 0) is exactly the same as the original (proofed with MCT).
Still the clone doesn't work on a entrance system.
"Nearly every sector" means the following: Some sectors only occur on the original card.
Now to my question: Is it possible that these missing sectors serve as an additional "coding" that is checked at the entrance ? For example, let 's say on the card of user A with permissions for some doors are sectors 5 to 9 not present, and on the card of user B with permissions for some other doors are sectors 28 to 33 not present. Is it possible that such a "map" is stored in the system ?
Regards,
JD.
