I've been reading the docs, and the compiling and set up doesn't seem too hard, but I'd like to get as much out of the way before the unit arrives in a few days.
I'm running a Kubuntu system, and figured I could go ahead and install the requirements and clone the repo. (I already disabled modemmanager)
It looks like all the other steps will have to wait til I actually get the device.
So, can I do the above before then, and what else should I do to prepare?

Hello, if you have the documentation you can install / doc / md / linux-installation-instruction. follow the procedure & in / doc / md / use-of-proxmark3 installed a part awaits the delivery of your package, otherwise wait for the package and do the installation at the same time.
