I've recently obtained a Proxmark3 .
During firmware update , bootloader was crashed.
So I was flashing my pm3 with jtag and updating firmware.
flashing> r29>r52>r216 now r216
but hi14areader command does not work

when i update form r52 to r216, message pop up

Why would you expect the hi14reader to work if the HF antenna doesn't work?

I bought a new antenna
The result is the same
The antenna is not a problem at all
I did the process are as follows:
1.flashing bootloader with jtag
2.Update to version r29
prox bootrom bootrom.s19
prox load osimage.s19
prox bootrom bootrom-merge.s19
prox fpga fpgaimage.s19
3.Update to version r52
prox bootrom bootrom-merge.s19
prox load osimage.s19
prox fpga fpgaimage.s19
4.Update to version r216
prox bootrom ..\bootrom\obj\bootrom.s19
prox fpga ..\armsrc\obj\fpgaimage.s19
prox os ..\armsrc\obj\osimage.s19
Updated as above, but should not the card was recognized.
Please let me know the update process, I hope to detail.

Perform another tune command with the new antennae and post your results. Your first post indicated that none of your LF antennaes will work and your HF antennae has a voltage that is below the 7V threshold. However, it is hard to know why.....it could be as simple as you don't have it plugged in

Existing antenna
normal : hf antenna 9.25v
with mifare card : 7.8v
new antenna
normal : hf antenna 9.05v
with mifare card : 5.09v

you will need 12 v or more for a correct working

9V should be plenty for an HF antenna. There is most likely something wrong with the HF path of your prox.
