Attempted to tidy up some of the mifare code... 'svn diff' output = http://pastebin.com/wePQvyGf
Mainly stripped out some commented-out code that appears redundant (but i admit not all).
Attempted to fix Mifare Restore. I admit I broke some of my mifare cards in process but now appears to work, ultimately I need to add some ACL checks.
Reason I broke my cards: messed up the loop that iterates sectors and blocks, so ended up writing a new 4th ACL block to previous written blocks with different ACLs and keys; thus corrupting them. I now believe that I have corrected the error.
Would really appreciate some more testing... Be prepared for bugs in 'Mifare Restore' that I may have missed.
Otherwise, the majority of the code is unchanged.
